 HEALTH/DENTAL INSURANCE

  • A complete health insurance program for employees is available to full-time, eligible employees. The current plan does include dental and prescription coverage, and employees share the costs with the company. Below are the rates for salary employees as well as swing manager and maintenance employees and are subject to change:

LIFE/DISABILITY INSURANCE

  •  Assistant Managers receive $10,000 of Life Insurance at no cost to the Employee

  • Managers receive $50,000 of Life Insurance at no cost to the Employee

  • Long-term disability is available at a cost of .5% of salary to the Employee  

 

401K/PROFIT SHARING

 

  • Employee eligibility for both the 401K and Profit Sharing plans include the completion of one year of service and the attainment of age 21
  • Vesting is based on completion of credited service years. A credited service year is considered one in which the participant completes at least 1,000 hours of service. Employees become 20 percent vested after three years of service. Vesting then increases by 20 percent per year of additional service until full vesting after seven years of service
  • The company has the option to contribute to both plans based on profitability during the year.  History has shown the company has consistently contributed to the Profit Sharing plan

After Year 1:                2 weeks

After Year 25:              5 weeks

  • Only regular full-time employees whose average work week exceeds 35 hours per week are eligible for paid vacations
