Meet the Experts Behind Tri County Management
Paul Sweeney
Owner/Operator
Paul launched Tri County Management in 1984. Under Paul’s steady leadership, Tri County has employed thousands of local residents in both part-time jobs and full-time careers. Paul’s life’s work can be summarized with one familiar road sign phrase: Millions and millions served.
Fun Fact: I ride a Harley Davidson and spend my time golfing as much as possible.
Meghan Sweeney
Owner/Operator
Meghan bought her first McDonald’s restaurant in 2012. Since then, Meghan has become highly engaged with initiatives that improve the entire McDonald’s system, and now owns 17 restaurants.
Fun Fact: I'm a foodie
Andy Grandinetti
Director of Operations
Andy leads the development of our people and oversees all restaurant operations for the organization.
Fun Fact: Enjoys outdoor activities like biking, hiking, playing softball/baseball or golfing.
Paul Chauvin
Chief Financial Officer
Paul handles all financial and accounting operations from financial reporting to risk management to Tri County Management's retirement plan.
Fun Fact: A big University of Pittsburgh fan. Also enjoys golfing and spending quality time with friends and family.
Julian Garzez
Chief Technology Officer
Manages all restaurant technologies, leads an organizational tech team, plus anything else tech-related.
Fun Fact: I love to watch funny animal videos.
George Culhane
Area Supervisor
George is responsible for two stores in the organization.
Fun Fact: I'm a die hard Pittsburgh sports fan.
Kellie Plotzer
Organization People & Operations Training Manager
Fun Fact: I've bicycled through downtown Paris.
Ron Roethlein
Organization Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor
Fun Fact: Enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
Jeff Stewart
Area Supervisor
Fun Fact: I once bicycled from Washington D.C. to Pittsburgh.
Carol Hidock
Area Supervisor/HR Manager
Carol handles all restaurant construction projects, as well as local store marketing.
Fun Fact: I own a 1986 Red IROC-Z
Susan Roethlein
HR and Payroll Administration
Sue handles payroll and employee maintenance for seven stores, as well as assists in employee benefits for all 19 stores.
Fun Fact: I once ran down the 674 steps from the second level of the Effiel Tower.
Rick Dunn
Area Supervisor
Rick is our area supervisor for our New Castle locations.
Fun Fact: I'm an avid Penn State fan.
Jen Christy
People Experience Lead/Market Trainer
Jen works closely with four restaurants, focusing on people development to ensure the best employee experience.
Fun Fact: I enjoy many outdoor activities when not working, including paddleboarding, hiking and more.

Fun Fact:
While on a trip in California I went skydiving over Monterey bay (the highest tandem skydiving point in the US) and I also crochet :)
Lisa Garzez
Organizational Quality Manager
Lisa focuses on payroll inventory and corporate structure documents for all 19 restaurants.
Fun Fact: I lived in Arizona for 13 years before moving back to Pittsburgh.
Stacey Manfredi
Office Manager
Stacey is responsible for coordinating all of the medical, dental, vision and life benefits, as well as coordinating all office events.
Fun Fact: I lived in Colorado for seven years and ride a motorcycle!
Jen Sasse
Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable
Jen handles payroll and employee maintenance for six stores, and is also accounts payable for all 19 stores.
Fun Fact: I'm a "Friends" encyclopedia
Jason Iseler
Maintenance Supervisor
Jason is our service technician for five stores in Clarion, Jefferson and Elk Counties.
Fun Fact: I'm a big hunter and even travel out of state just to go hunting every year.
