Do's and Don'ts of the SMA Program
- DO shoot with purpose. What is it that you want to share with your local community?
- DO make sure your subject is clear, in focus, and encourage smiling faces
- TRY to utilize natural lighting, if possible
- DO use your device camera to film video content (please DON'T submit any watermarked videos!)
- DO double check store and surroundings are clean and appropriate
- If sharing photos from an employee event, please DO include photos of employees! We DON'T accept photos of only pot lucks, snacks, etc.
- DO share all details/background information in your request to ensure a smooth and quick review process.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my post be approved and posted live? What if I need it posted ASAP?
All requests are typically processed within 2 business days, but can sometimes take up to 5 business days depending on the current volume of requests. If your request is urgent please send us an email.
Why did my request get rejected?
If your request gets rejected, and as long as you provide an email address, we will provide you with a reason for the decision. Some reasons your request could get rejected are, but not limited to: lack of context, photos of unapproved material, or watermarked content.
What if the request form won't work on my Apple/Android device?
This occasionally happens and is something that we are actively trying to resolve. However, we are happy to introduce a back-up form that is powered by Google and compatible with all devices. Visit this link to access the back-up request form.
